Heloise and The Savior Ephing Faire!

I’m not going to mince too many words here.  H&SF were really badass at Halloween, but I didn’t bring my camera like a jerk.  Luckily I got another crack at them a week later at the Queen City Rail Jam after party put on by Burton, though admittedly without such a yummy lighting scheme and far less sequins.  The crowd was a bit tentative to dance, which can be awkward, but the band rammed jams down thier throats until even the cool skater kids put their decks aside and did a lil shimmy shake.  They should’ve had free keg beer, just sayin.  Robots love beer.  There was also a halfpipe of sorts in the space, so I flashed some skate photos with a little encouragement.

Sorry

I mean to be posting, but my programmer has been moving and can’t find time for me.  Dick.  Incoming will be Nick Jaina(lazy photos) and a few others.  I promise they’ll be good.  The code writers say I’m not being as astute as I oughta be.  Tonight is Heloise and the Savoire Faire though.  They great.  Saw them right before Halloween and was pissed off I didn’t bring my camera.  Lucky me. I get another shot.  Hopefully the light is ok.  Glam doesn’t even begin to describe this troupe.

crowd

some people want crowd photos. My programming didn’t factor in such things, I’ll talk to my owner and do more next time. Here’s what some glitches managed to snag.

Let’s All Go Antiquing!

I was going to write a bunch of stuff, but maybe I’ll edit this later and do it because my circuits aren’t really firing yet. All I’ll say is, it’s a damn good idea to have a badass belly dancer in your band if you’re two guys on drums and laptops. You’ll notice that’s what most of the photos concern. Dancers are rad. Also, kids, don’t do too much ecstasy it’ll rot your tender little brains, which as you know, are the future of the American dream (for zombies). Lynx opened, and was downright impressive. She did it all from banjo to beatboxing.
Beats Antique finished off their tour with gusto and made it look good. Antler headdresses FTW.

Post Apocalyptic Peeps

Oopey here. I’m letting my robo friend Dilldroid get some much needed power down time (I gave him a cold and he’s hurting) and hijacking his blog to bring you a lil sumpinsumpin from my life. This past weekend in leiu of doing sensible things like staying inside and reading or baking, Miss SDB and I got painted up like a couple of Jawbreakers with a Zombie lean and wandered down Church Street with a crew of Zombies young and old. I realize age is irrelevant once your undead, but child zombies pretty much win the creepy olympics in my book. I didn’t wear any insulating layers (hence the cold) and dragged my ever cumbersome light box with to capture Vermont zombies in their natural? environment. Zombies love shopping centers, Dawn of the Dead proves that. Just kidding Zombies love the brains/flesh of the people left inside shopping centers. But I digress. Check out the gore-geous zombie folk. Thanks Adrian!

No Longer Infected,
Oopey
